Management Excellence Training Course

This course is for Middle managers who aspire to become true leaders. This course provides an insight into techniques to help you move beyond management of your team to become a leader who can inspire, motivate and instil confidence.

• Form and motivate teams. Build your team strategically
• Understand the various team types and determine the type of team player you are
• Hold effective meetings and debriefs
• Move up the mastery ladder, from unconscious incompetence (ignorance) to unconscious competence (mastery)
